Our company has developed 4 types VW Soft Inclusion Stress Cell (Simply SISC).
The model 1370 VW Soft Inclusion Stress Cell is designed to measure the stress change of the rock installing the VW Soft Inclusion Stress Cell into the borehole (NX ф76.2mm, HQ ф93mm, PQ ф123mm, and 6 inch ф152mm drill etc.,) when the tunnel, the mines, the oil stockpiling facility, the link canal for hydroelectric power plant, and the concrete dam are built artificially. Our company has developed Digital type tape extensometer [Model No. 2350] instead of analog type.
Digital type tape extensometer [Model No. 2350] is very precisional. And the aluminum (functional component) was treated by heating, so durability is high. The cover for On/Off is made of Polycarbonate. To open and to cover is easy as sliding type. And groove is not formed. So it is useful for measuring the tunnel convergence displacement.

| Go into production of the broached inclinometer casing (October 20, 2007) |

First in South Korea, our company has developed and gone into the production of two types of inclinometer casing that is manufactured by broached and CNC machine.
The broached inclinometer casing developed by ACE Instrument Co.,Ltd, is proceed by broaching machine. There is no the spiral which is occurred at extrusion type of Inclinometer casing. And the connecting part on the inclinometer casing is also proceed by CNC machine, it is the first grade product in the world
The inclinometer casing require the high level technique because the management standard is very tight, it is manufactured in only 5~6 manufacturers in oversea countries.
Especially, RC Type inclinometer casing is designed as Snap-In type that doesn't need the coupling, so the installation time is decreased much.

It is true that tilt plate for portable servo type tiltmeter is being made of brass in sipe that it is not proper for using in the region with big temperature range because of its big linear coefficient, 25 ppm/℃.
To solve this matter, Ace Instrument has developed new tilt plate making use of high-hardened plastic with 50% of glass fiber. Its linear coefficient is 10 ppm/℃.

| Wireless Data Acquisition system [ARF-100] (August 2, 2005) |
 Ace Instrument has been developed true Wireless automatic data acquisition system successfully.
Wireless automati data acquisition system (model :ARF-100) that developed by us, consists of spread spectrum ratio type Wireless Multiplex module with 2.4GHz communication features and Wireless Data logger.
It secures noise-free coverage of 1.5km in the urban area, up to 7km in the large weak ground or area where visible area is exposed, and can access both digital sensor (Vibrating wire type) and analog sensor (Thermistor, Foil strain gage, EL sensor, Potentiometer).
